Jeff Pohjola joined Northwest Newsradio in 2015 as a reporter.
An award-winning journalist, Jeff has worked for ABC News, CBS News, KIRO-FM and KONA-AM. He has reported live from all over the country. Among the stories he has covered are the final launch of the Space Shuttle, the Lakewood, WA Police Shootings, and the 2012 Political Conventions. He has a particular interest in covering politics, science and anything fun or entertaining.
Jeff is also an accomplished sports official, having worked numerous state and national championships. He serves as referee for football, basketball and hockey and is an umpire for fastpitch softball.
